Nigon Woodwork’s Process

Step 1: Consultation

Once you’ve reached out to us with a vision for your project, one of our expert project managers will visit your home or business to discuss the details. During this visit, we’ll take initial measurements, help you choose materials, and go over design ideas.

Step 2: The Estimate

After the consultation, you’ll receive an estimate for the project. Once approved, we’ll provide a general timeline for completion. For larger projects, a 25% down payment is required. Once the deposit is made, your project will be added to our system.

Step 3: Drawing and Design Phase

In this phase, our project managers and drafting team will dedicate their full attention to your design. While your project may be in a queue for a short time, this ensures that every detail is perfect. Once the design is finalized, you’ll receive a set of drawings to approve before production begins.

Step 4: The Production Process

Before production starts, your project manager may visit the site again for final measurements. After this, materials are ordered, and you’ll make final decisions on hardware like knobs and pulls. The project begins with precise cuts on our CNC machine, followed by assembly and finishing by our skilled production team.

Step 5: Installation

The final step is installation. As production nears completion, we’ll coordinate with you to schedule the installation. Our professional installers will arrive with everything needed to bring your vision to life. Larger projects may take several days to complete.
